Presently we are doing transportation with the volume of 20000MT monthly on an average.
We also leverage on the headquarter base of SECL & Railway in bilaspur and find our self strategically fit for handling your linkage coal, be it liasoning, its transportation or quality / quantity assurance while every / loading at the mine site. Our experienced team will inspect the loading of rakes, its quantity and timely delivery. In case of road, finding the trucks, lifting the entire quantity and assuring quality, avoiding shortage and theft in transit will be our prime concern.
Apart from the above, we also offer LONG TERM SUPPLY SERVICES AND E - Procurement services.
Long Term Supply Agreement : In this, we commit a particular quantity to you every month and bid for the same in the auction. From EMD deposition to coal value deposition to DO lifting and transportation is on our part. We assure quality, quantity, timely delivery, loading inspection fleet arrangement.
TERMS & CONDITION:
Payment: Within a week of submission of bill.
Billing: On receipt quantity at the plant and fortnightly.
Quality commitment: On the basis of individual mine.
Transit Shortage: 1% allowed
Taxes: on and above the price
Unloading: To be looked after by you, incase by us, charges to be paid by you
Billing On RR quantity:
Freight to be paid by you at the time of Rake Dispatch
Demurrage to be paid by you during unloading and any other, at destination.
